Changes in Nothing Phone 1 After Update

 So this is NOTHING Phone 1

And its been 10 days since I received it

And it got the update

So old companies should
learn something from NOTHING

So NOTHING is very
serious regarding updates

And I have noticed in mine and
other youtuber's comment section

There was the same thing written everywhere

That you haven't got review unit
that's why you are slagging it

So if those problems were not there
then NOTHING have not pushed any update

So fanboys please try to understand

And keeping these things in mind I did
hide some things from you about this phone

slagging the phone on small small things

Because I didn’t got the review unit

So it's not like that

Now the main problem about
which every youtuber is talking

That are cameras

Like NOTHING said that they havent
added the 2 bullshit cameras in it

But it was having them .. Believe me

I said that

Here the main camera was performing
really well in daylight conditions

I really liked it and the
light control was also nice

And the dynamic range in
the background was also good

But then they rolled out an
update to improve dynamic range

And when I click the photo this
time I got to see that it's little better

And main camera was already
performing good in daylight conditions

So this time also I haven't
seen much changes

Even the edge detection in
portrait mode is also amazing

But lets talk about the
problems of main camera

So that was not performing good in lowlight

Here I took a lot of
camera samples previously

They were having a lot of grains

And this time the update
is for the grains in low light

And a better dynamic rang in low light

And I have also noted it

Now when I clicked the photos after update

I got less grains

But still its low lighting
performance in 30K is still low

But yes its a great thing that NOTHING
rolled out an update for that very fastly

Rest its night mode is already good

And other than that the
update is for ultra-wide

So its ultra-wide is also a bullshit camera

as I told earlier

It's dynamic range was already worst

but its colors were also alot muted

I compared it with Samsung A52s

So you will get shocked when
you see the difference side by side

And it have a 50MP ultra-wide camera sensor

Now after listening to these things
they give an update for ultrawide

And the results I got to see after that are

Here they have increased
the contrast of the colours

but still the details are
not like a 50 MP camera

You have the photo looks clicked
from a Samsung 8MP camera

Even its weak than that

So the details are very less

And still the ultra-wide is not that good

But that's also little improved
as compared to last time

And the second bullshit
camera is the front one

Here they havent rolled out any update
related to front camera's performance

But they update they gave
was also for camera consistency

So here when we clicked
the photo from the front

Earlier that was not much blown out

But now when I clicked the photo

Then I think it brightens alot when you
are in shadow and have light in background

SO I don’t like that a 30K
phone do things like this

Although sometimes its
front camera performs good

But it is lacking in details

And now I also got some
over-sharpening in the front camera

So front camera is very inconsistent

And I can say that other brands
are providing better front camera

Like Samsung , vivo , iqoo , realme

there are alot of them

So I havent seen any brand which
provide such a great update in 10 days

After listening to the feedback

And problems were actually there

And here they have
improved the cameras a lot

But it still have 2 bullshit cameras

And the thing which I didn’t
talked about in the video

I got an issue related to glyph light

like it was not glowing at the
time of reverse wireless charging

Even the lower light
that glow while charging

like it should glow when
you shake the phone a little

But I took a lot of shots
and it was not glowing

So that is also fixed after the update

And now all these lights
are working properly

And I havent pointed out this issue

so that people don’t think that I am
slagging the phone for small small things

Although its the first phone from NOTHING

So small issues are ok..and
they have already fixed it

I pointed one more issue

that the phone used to hang
completely on the lockscreen

So the update is for that also

And now its working very nicely

Till now I haven't faced any hang issues

It's working properly now

But now also when you open the
camera app then there is jittering

So smoothness is missing is these thing

The next change they
have done is in the settings

Here they finally thought that they
should change the UI from MYUX

They basically converted
the text into NOTHING font

You will get small small touches of NOTHING

Other than this they have also given
some updates which are not there in India

Like Tesla and all

Rest the animation and sound they
have provided during the charging

This time I liked it a lot

And if they are doing this much then they
should have also added some more things

Here they should have added some
more customization feature in AOD

Though apple user even don't get this also

So NOTHING is very
serious regarding software

And they have tried to fix a
lot of things in 10 days only

Although its not perfect yet

But the good thing is that
company is taking the feedback

And a new company is doing
such great things with the time

So these things are OK and
will get fixed with the software

But hardware is also a
thing which they need to fix

People are getting a lot of
issues related to hardware

Some of them are having
a green tint in the display

Some are getting
dust in the back panel

Even the glyph light is also
getting removed for some people

And in my unit the flash is bend

So they need to fix such hardware issues

And I think they should get it manufactured
from a good manufacturing plant

Not from the Micromax because
it was also having the same issues
